If your Crayons arrive damaged or defective please contact us within 48 hours of the delivery date for exchange instructions.

Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.

Refunds will only be considered if orders arrive past their estimated delivery time. These refunds are not guaranteed, and each instance will be investigated.
